If you do not have an email or access to a computer, smart phone, or the internet, please call our office for the phone number and meeting code to join via phone.
Payments can be made over the phone with a debit or credit card during limited business hours, or online at any time. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.
Beginning 03/24/2020, all intakes will be done over the phone. Due to current limitations on obtaining documents from other agencies, we are unable to schedule intakes for people who were assessed elsewhere at this time. Exceptions may be made for inpatient referrals.
Assessments will be done over the phone after the following steps have been taken:
1. Call during our limited business hours to schedule your appointment.
2. Take pictures of your court documents and ID and email them to email@example.com PRIOR to your appointment.
3. Check your email for the assessment handout and keep it handy for your appointment.
4.Be available to accept phone calls at your scheduled appointment time. The counselor will call once at the scheduled time and again five minutes later. Keep in mind the number will be anonymous.
Due to the amount of paperwork required for a Domestic Violence assessment, we are currently unable to schedule these at this time. If you would like to be placed on a wait list, please call during our limited phone hours and let us know.
