All contact between staff and patients will be restricted to Zoom, phone, and email.
OUR OFFICE IS ONLY OPEN TO STAFF AND THOSE WHO HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS FOR IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS.
Please read below for information on how we are proceeding with specific services.
All group and one-on-one sessions will be conducted using Zoom's HIPAA-compliant teleconference system. All patients with an email address will receive an invite to their online session, which will occur at its regularly scheduled time. If you do not have an email or access to a computer, smart phone, or the internet, please call our office for the phone number and meeting code to join via phone.
Payments can be made over the phone with a debit or credit card during limited business hours, or online at any time. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.
All intakes will be done over the phone. Due to current limitations on obtaining documents from other agencies, there may be difficulties scheduling intakes for those who were assessed elsewhere. Please call for more information on how to obtain docs and getting your appointment scheduled.
Assessments will be done over the phone after the following steps have been taken:
1. Call during our limited business hours to schedule and pre-pay for your appointment.
2. Take clear pictures of your court documents, ID, and insurance card (front AND back) and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to your appointment.
3. Check your email for the assessment handout and keep it handy for your appointment.
4.Be available to accept phone calls at your scheduled appointment time. The counselor will call at the scheduled time, and if they don't reach you, will try again five minutes later. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will be instructed to reschedule your appointment. Keep in mind the number will be anonymous.
You will not be called if payment and/or docs have not been received.
DV & ANGER ASSESSMENTS
We are unfortunately no longer providing domestic violence or anger management counseling. We are happy to provide resources on great programs in the area, so feel free to call our office for referrals.
Alcohol and Drug Information School is offered via Zoom on the last Saturday of the month. Contact the front desk for registration information and to receive the class Zoom link and code.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult and unprecedented time.
